Poor cleaning & spa service at this property. I stayed from 2-4th May and was shocked to see the dirty towels were left in the room post cleaning and the same used hand towel in the bathroom was hung back for re-use, in both the rooms. I had high expectations from Club Mahindra as this was my first time of stay at the any of their properties. In a sold out hotel, there was just one spa therapist, that too make. And he was in such a hurry to complete the therapy that I didn't get any relief from my leg pain. He didn't focus on any area but kept his movement fast matching then with the clock on the wall. Overall, a poor experience. Even the aloo parantha I ordered for my baby was in a half cooked state.

As in past 4 visits, the stay,fun time and river side resort is very nice for all ages. However the food rates here are way out higher as compared to other Hotels and resorts around. Fun zone is nice, although the personnel managing need to be trained.

Corbett Club Mahindra one of the best property and the best mountain resort in Ramnagar Dhikuli to explore. Mr .Deepak from Housekeeping assisted us very well and gave us the best experience during our stay. All should at least explore this property once to enjoy the nature and wild life. Three cheers to Club Mahindra Corbett Hip hip Hurray 🥰🥰

Disappointing Housekeeping and Safari services

This is not a safari hotel. It is just a mountain resort. No safari specific services, except for booking safari. Tea/Coffeee services not provided before morning safari. An e rickshaw drop to the main gate from the last cottage was refused, citing no one wakes up in morning!!. We had to walk a long way. Resort location is good. Property if good. Food is good, but overpriced. Food and beverage service is very very slow!. Sheets were unclean. We had to get them changed. Not one extra roll of toilet paper also. Lot of issues in plumbing and water pressure. Housekeeping take ages to respond. No tissues in BR, even in the kitchen. They have given things to wash utensils , but nothing to wipe them with. The only positive is the resort location and the resort itslef as it is amidst nature. Swimminh pool is good enough.

Giving 5 star because I want this review to show at top. The property is not worth 3 stars also. I stayed in club Mahindra Corbett from 6th to 7th April. The stay experience was bitter and sweet. Pro tip: Managers and especially reception is worthless and good for nothing, instead request for help from other staff members. Cons: 1.The reception is not at all welcoming. They don't even ask for water upon arrival. 2. Activities don't start until they have minimum 10 people 3. Prices of everything are over hyped 4. Outer Kids play area has only three rides and inner kids area is chargeable 5. Checkin process is pathetic, room was not ready at 2 pm. Reception don't share any information and Manager Mr. Amit doesn't bother about guest request and has this bad vibe which is unexpected in hospitality industry. 6. Room is missing amenities such dental kit, they use soap dispenser for head to toe. Water is provided in dispenser. Pros: 1.Staff is very polite and cooperative 2. Swimming pool is nice 3. Room size is big 4. Location on banks of kosi river 5. Special attention to child meals and milk requirements. Overall, in my recommendation I won't proceed with club Mahindra packages as per my review of property and staff. You can book many orher properties in this price range.
